Excellent service and friendly staff. Everyone I have worked with or talked to have been friendly and always willing to help. The service department does quality work and always follows up after your service appointment. The sales staff is knowledgeable and willing to work with you to find the right BMW for you.
My customer was depending on me for some prices to fix their car. Called the Parts department twice and each time no call back for prices. called back to find out why and the parts tech said he could not find me in the system and he would have the manager call back.Never did. Great customer service?. Not even close.Audi
