This place is great. Customer service at its finest! I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to car stuff but they always take the time to explain everything before they do it and review & explain the charges with me before I pay. Prices are fair and I never feel like I'm being duped or talked into anything that doesn't need done. I've always been pleased with the outcome of the services provided. And above all, the entire staff are always very pleasant, helpful, friendly, and genuinely just nice people. I will always give C&J my business because I have never had anything less than a great experience here. Thanks guys and keep doing what you're doing!
I had a wheel bearing replaced about 11 months ago from C&J's that I felt was going bad again. I called to get them to look at just the wheel bearing only. The scheduler and the supervisor John was aware and agreed to check the wheel bearing at no charge. I dropped off the keys with an envelope that stated check left wheel bearing only and call me if it is not just the wheel bearing. I get a call later in the day from John saying that I needed over $1400 in repairs and he does not think I would pass inspection at this time. It's interesting because I had my car inspected no more than 4 months ago. When I declined their services and asked them to do nothing to my vehicle they tried charging me $90 for diagnosis. This was after the fact I had told them to not look any further if it was not the wheel bearing that they had replaced previously which had a warrenty. When I expressed my concerns the owner started screaming at me saying "that's the problem with kids like you, you never wanna pay for anything." Excuse me? Needless to say I will never use their services again and would highly advise everyone to stay away!
These guys are great! Very pleasant and explain things well. They even dropped me at a local restaurant to get some lunch while I waited. Highly recommended.

This shop was incredibly helpful. I was traveling on the interstate when my swaybar broke. I hobbled to their shop, worried about being stuck in a strange place for days. I brought my van to them at 2:30pm, and they had it ready by 9:30 the next morning! They drove me to the Motel 6 and also picked me up there with all my things when the car was ready. My van has been working great since, and I made it to the West Coast with no problems. Very honest and efficient. I highly recommend them.
