My car came back out still with so much dirt on visible spots that nobody touched...and dried as no water passed by. The person who brought my car out said that it was because I paid a cheap clean. They took my car back in for more "cleaning" but the results were the same. Frustrated, I tried talking to the person in charge, but the results were the same. Definitely I hope people read this review to avoid a terrible service and a headache.
Folks - I've never written a review before, but feel compelled to, due to the horrible experience I had at the Lansdale location and lack of response from the headquarters of this company.
Bunch of monkeys that have no clue what they are doing. I have been here on multiply occasions with the same results a half done job. Quit rushing and charge me more so its done right. Training is needed because its not as simple as "wax on" " wax off".
I don't know how they can call car wash without water and soap.
The worst terrible place I have gone to get my car clean.
Very disappointed with the job. Not worth the money. You are better off going down the street to Triangle they are amazing!!
They got alot better washing my truck and I'll keep going back!! They even clean the wheel wells. For the price its the best car wash around. You can go down the road but they won't do as good as Team Blue!!
I took my car in for a hand wash 2 months ago. I told the person that the car had a ceramic coating on the paint and the wheels and asked if that would be affected by any of the cleaners they use. He assured it would be no problem. Couldn't be further from the truth. The hand wash was poorly done; spots and streaks, etc. But the job done on the wheels ate away the ceramic protection and damaged the surface of the wheels. I had to return the car to the person who normally details my car and $400.00 later the wheels were about 95% back to where they were before the job at Blue Team. I called the owner, I stopped in and spoke to the owner and asked him to cover the cost of the repair. He declined. I called and email the corporate team and never got any response. It's been 2 months!! BOTTOM LINE: If you care about the appearance of your car; especially if it's a high line vehicle; AVOID THIS COMPANY AT AT ALL COST!!! Or it may cost you as it did for me.
