I always go to Best Buy for all the tech needs lol sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not. But overall it's a good store. You should do your research before you buy but the people in there generally don't want to screw you over. We bought a laptop from here and had to bring it back three times. They gave us store credit for the amount of the laptop and let us spend it wherever: we got a better laptop and they saved us as customers because of it. Overall good customer service.
Went to this Best Buy one time only because the Best Buy in Harrisburg store didn’t have the product. They say they guaranteed to have the lowest price. So I found a lower price online and they said they would match it well they lied because they weren’t going to match the price. So I argued with them and told them you have this in writing and if you do not honor this then I’m going to have to turn this matter over to the attorney general of Pennsylvania. And when I said that then they honored the lower price. I’ve been told by other Best Buy employees over in Harrisburg that this store treat people poorly and they recommended me not to go here anymore. I hope I never did to go to the store because the people that work here are rude.
It just depends upon your frame of mind when you go in. If in a hurry its not going to work for you. The store is very understaffed due to no commission sales. I can tell you one thing. If they had commissioned sales people you would see a different attitude.
Staff (Jonathan) was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was very helpful. He approached me and asked is there something that I can help you with? Outstanding customer service......
AVOID OPENING BEST BUY CREDIT CARD!! Good luck getting your rewards in a timely manner! Even better luck trying to get anywhere with customer service who just gives you the runaround. Keep track of your earned points, some may not be accumulated due to a "glitch in their system". Not worth the headache. 1 star was the lowest I could give, more than I preferred to rate.
