Niko, our salesman was exceptionally nice to work with. Was there to answer any question, but was not pushy at all.
This location is a bit smaller than the other in town, but the service is much greater. I worked with Alex Lazarus to find the perfect couch for my picky taste. He was so friendly, not over-bearing, AND he gave me space/time to look. NO PRESSURE. We actually found the couch we wanted at the other local store, but drove back to the Carlisle Pike location just so Alex could order it for us. Will definitely go to this Ashley location again in the future.
We had a pleasant experience at this furniture store. We did not feel pressured to purchase and the rep, Alex, was very nice and helpful. They way the store handles the check out process is quite strange. I would prefer to know the prices of the merchandise and sit down together, but we feel as if we got a good deal for what we wanted and we had a good experience all around. Now we wait to see how the delivery and set up go. To be continued...
We purchased a couch and 2 rocker recliners about 2 months ago. So far I absolutely love them. I could not give 5 stars because when we received them there was a problem with the couch. Customer service was very polite and they had someone here within a week to have it fixed. Our sales person was Alex Lazarus and did a wonderful job at pointing us in the right direction and handled all our needs.
After visiting a number of furniture stores in the area and having horrible experiences, I finally got smart and decided to check the reviews. Ashley's had very good reviews, so I checked it out. I walked out with two sofas and a love seat. I did not have to wait a long time for delivery, I did not have damaged furniture, and I did not have any problems working out a reasonable price for the merchandise. I am satisfied. I will add Niko is a great asset to Ashley's. He understands the value of repeat customers and is a fine salesman.
Overall, we were very happy with our experience shopping at Ashley's and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture.
Found just the couch and loveseat we were looking for in a very nice color. One that we originally hadn't considered until seeing it on the showroom floor.
