I travel weekly, am a gold member almost platinum, and book in advance every week. I have a flexible schedule and sometimes leave early. This is the first hotel too tell me I will not receive a refund for the days I am not starting on my original reservation.
I love it here. From customer service, to the room to the bistro and to the amenities. My room was so clean and house keeping came and cleaned my room while I was out. She even made my bed. The coffee was just like Starbucks and the food at the bistro was delicious. I highly recommend this place. I was even able to watch Game of Thrones for free because they have all channels on their tv. 5 star experience for sure.
Very clean and nicely updated. The bartender was very courteous and makes good drinks. Did not try the breakfast. Good quality beds and large rooms with large bathrooms.
Hotel was awesome! Soft bed clean room. Left a sentimental item in the room at checkout and hotel housekeeping held on to it for me without asking.....
