I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and immediately noticed that there was no buffalo sauce on the chicken. I asked the waitress if I could have a side of sauce and she told me that they use a dry rub instead (didn't taste anything but plain chicken). She agreed to bring me sauce and that never happened. I didn't have another bite while I was there and she still didn't notice. I took the picture of the wrap at home before putting my own sauce on it. Also, the bathroom was a wreck; blood splattered on the stall door and the floor and the sink wouldn't drain. Definitely the worst BWW visit to date!
Service was horrible and very slow. Way over priced. Wings were cold. First time trying that chain and will definitely be my last!
Always enjoy the variety of tv options. Cheese curds are a must. Had a salad today and it was amazing. They must have recently updated it because it was more than just plain romaine, and it had fresh ingredients.
Nice staff and prices are high. I got the Mac n cheese with barbecue chicken on top the Mac n cheese was good but the chicken was dry.
Food as okay usual. Waitress has a huge, cocky attitude. 20 minutes for an appetizer and it's cold and when we told her she took it back with an attitude. She microwaved it to where it was literally boiling. Our food came out and my salad had no dressing. When I asked her for some she yelled at me, "I didn't know!" And stormed away. She came back saying they had to "make more and someone else will bring it to me." If I ever go to this location again, I'm requesting not to have her.
