I had a rotten experience back in Nov 2013, after I complained to management and usher about patrons talking throughout the movie I attended. They were either indifferent or in denial-trying to call me a liar, about what I reported! I even tried to contact the head of FLAGSHIP CINAMAS-what they were then, before Digiplex took them over in 2014. Now in early 2017 AMC took over-I hope they are running this place well, as I will still never return-after the distress problem I had here in Nov 2013! I Flagship did a stellar job turning the old AMC Hampden 8 into a modern stadiumplex, yet they-Flagship-did a rotten job running their theater, it was often filthy and falling apart. I STILL RATE THIS THEATER ZERO STARS! Again, I wonder if AMC is running this place better? Hum!
Movie didn’t start had to go ask them to start it, they put in the wrong movie, had to get them to change it to the right movie and then the 3d wasn’t working the entire movie was blurred total waste of time and money
The fantastic and cozy vibe to this smaller cineplex gives you almost a private screening experience. I will acknowledge that yes we did have the screen with the stain on it, however the stain did not interfere with the viewing pleasure of "Star Wars The Last Jedi." To say that the stain detracted for the movies is going a bit far. We will definitely be back again and wholeheartedly recommend this location to everyone. Polite attendants go far in this day and age.
Comfortable seats and friendly staff. But filthy, overflowing trash cans, trash and popcorn on the floors. And not your typical popcorn kernels here and there but lots of popcorn and trash. Cup holders on the seats stuffed full with trash. I will not return there for any more movies.
Honestly this place sucks donkey dick. You pay about 9-10 for a ticket. You sit in theater which has broken seats, and a screen that actually isn't filled by the picture....literally this place has a gigantic movie screen yet the projector does not fill it. additionally the screen on the wall is damaged which leaves a messed up picture through out your viewing 9 (in the theater i watched at least). Now, maybe I was in a specific viewing room, but when I watched Transformers: The Last Knight (Trash movie) and Dunkirk (Great movie) the actual screen size of the projector was smaller than the screen that was on the wall. As in you were basically wondering when the screen would expand to wide screen for the entire duration of the movie. Also, the volume on both occasions was either far too loud or too soft, I thought I was crazy but confirmed with other viewers before i let management know... which did change it promptly but seriously...I don't pay to do your job. Basically, I wouldn't give my money to this theater again until they change. Gave it a shot, I suggest you do too. Trash theater, good service at the counter but not worth it to see big titles.don't know how it got four stars. Their standards must be trash as well
