The Manager, Nick, was amazing!!! He was super helpful in getting us set up with the right sized storage space for our needs. During our "tour" he even stopped to pick up a piece of paper on the ground which showed pride and a level of caring that is rarely seen anymore. I was so satisfied with the experience that I took my best friend there the next day to also secure storage space. She had great service also. The buildings are very clean and well maintained. We feel safe taking our belongings there. We checked out other storage companies in the area and no one compared. Prices were better than others in the area that didn't offer the level of customer service given here. Thumbs up (and I'm a tough cookie who is not easy to impress)
They also have wonderful climate controlled options at unbelievable prices. No other storage facility we searched for in the Harrisburg, Hershey, Camp Hill area could compare with their prices, much less the level of security and care that Life Storage has to offer. We are extremely happy entrusting our valuables with Nick and his fantastic team!
Overall the facility is well secure with a full camera system and key pads as well as full locks. They offer a wide selection of boxes, locks, and protective supplies for our furniture. Additionally, they have at least two dollies and even have a truck that can be rented to help ease the moving process.
Life Storage is a fantastic storage company and the manager, Nick, makes you feel like family and not just another customer. You can tell he truly cares about the people and the premises as he treats all areas with such care. The facility itself is extremely clean and well cared for and even in the short time we were there to rent our unit he had wiped the key pad clean, trimmed the bushes out front and checked on one of the storage doors to make sure the mechanics moved smoothly. It is truly impressive and speaks volumes on how he takes care of not only the storage facility, but how much importance he places on all of his customers valuable items that they trust them to keep secure.

Spotless grounds with the best customer service ever from Nick and Kelli. They personalize my experience and are always there to help when I need their expertise. Very hard workers and always good-spirited. I know my "stuff" is safe while stored there and that is most important. With Nick and Kelli running the place, I rest easy.
