Very good service, great food, usually go Monday for military discount
Went with my wife, daughter and son ... waitress took order came back and told us 3/4 of our food wasn't available. She left and never came back. Asked for a manager ..after 20 minutes we left... never going back. I will stick to Carlisle location
Very good service and food was good too! The manager was the nicest guy to me and my friend who were going through a rough time that night he even personally brought us over our drinks! 10/10
This was the worst Applebee's experience ever. The waiter was too busy trying to flirt with a girl in another section. He brought drinks with no straws and we had to flag down another waitress to get them. Then he had to be asked several times for refills for coffee. He told us several times our food would be out that they were busy and the kitchen had fallen behind. That was ok but an hour later when we we're trying to find out how much our drinks cost so we could leave because my six year old had fallen asleep at the table. The food finally arrived. My daughters order was wrong and our food was all Luke warm almost cold. We then had to go to the bar to ask to pay for our drinks. We were told the manager would be with us shortly. We never did speak to the manager and left because we we're told the drinks were free. Horrible and dissatisfied.
It’s a shame I have to give a bad rating but 1 Star is too many. Waited an hour for my food and when I did get it, my steak was cooked correctly but was cold and my potato wasn’t done. I was with 2 guests who ate and finished and waited and after an hour and a half I just said no thank you and cancelled my order. By the way my friend asked 4 times for a box for his leftovers and eventually had to get 1 himself. Insane. Avoid this place!
