We all make mistakes, and this one was really quite minor. It's rare to find a company that really values its customers and truly "walks the talk" by going above and beyond. So for that reason, I will certainly do more business with Store Supply Warehouse. Their prices are excellent too!
I can’t say that the experience was without issue (Fedex might actually be the ones to blame), but I can say that they have the nicest most helpful and understanding team of customer service staff that I’ve ever encountered. Seriously. Just above and beyond. Competing companies and services could learn a thing or two from this crew.
This is a warehouse not a store. I placed a phone order for some slat wall panels and other items. The stuff was ready to pickup the same day. Person on the phone could not have been nicer or more efficient. Set up an account, ordered my items, paid for my items in less than 4 minutes. They work primarily with commercial firms but will take orders from individuals. Outstanding service and very competitive prices.
A few days back I made a small first order with this company. Although there was an error with the item received (it wasn't the actual item I ordered but instead another similar to it), the person I spoke with on the phone was very professional, very apologetic and sent the correct item to me immediately at no charge. I received it in less than 48 hours - AND they didn't require of me the hassle of sending back the wrong item. In addition, the corrected order included another letter of apology signed by the company President/CEO along with some candy for my trouble...all that for a $23.95 order.
Does some great work and very timely. Affordable supplies, especially for a small business. A few minor mistakes here and there, but rectified.
I have ordered several items from Store Supply Warehouse. I've never gone to pick it up, always had it shipped. This is just a warehouse. There is no store here. If you want to see the product you either have to look at the website or in their catalog.
