They are knowledgeable on saltwater fish tanks. I asked them a bunch of questions as I am new to the saltwater aqaurium hobby. They answered my questions above and beyond when I was expecting them to not even know. They hired people who are smart in the section they work in and I learned a lot even the I spent numerous hours online and in books trying to understand saltwater fish tanks. I appreciated it greatly and definitely won't go anywhere else because I was treated so well
Sucks gave me a hamster that was sick and got a gift card to buy more stuff but did not ever want to go back There again and can't cash in there gift cards no where
The staff is friendly and helpful every time I visit. I purchased a White's Tree Frog from them recently. About a week or so later, he seemed to be acting differently and not eating. I took him back to have them look at him and ask some questions. The cashier called someone over who was more knowledgeable about frogs than she was. He was very helpful, said the frog looked healthy and I just needed to raise my temps, and recommended a certain wattage for bulb. It worked, my frog is happy and eating. I also bought two leopard geckos a year ago and they are happy and healthy as well.
