I needed a new refrigerator. I found exactly what I wanted at a good price. From the time I told the associate in appliances what I wanted until I checked out probably only took 10 minutes. And they will deliver for free!
Lowe's is not the place it used to be. Good luck getting help in the majority of departments after 5pm. They like to make one person cover several departments after 7pm. It's transitioning to be a lot like Walmart. Soon no one will know anything about the products in the department except where to find them. And honestly Lowe's has a robot that can do that. Look it up, it's in some of the California stores

Had to find an obscure screw for antique piece of furniture....guy helped me find it in two seconds....guess it's only obscure when u don't know where to start in a whole aisle of screws..he knew
Haven't always found the folks there to be the most knowledgeable or helpful, but I'm usually there an hour or so before close, so maybe that has something to do with it.
