Great service and I received an upgraded car. My plans were originally for a one way rental for business in NJ and dropping off at Newark Liberty Airport. Enterprise handled without a problem. While in NJ, my plans changed and I needed to return back to Mechanicsburg. I called Enterprise in Mechanicsburg and again no problem and they eliminated the one way rental fee.
We purchased a new van from Enterprise and we are very happy with the van. The only issue we had was when we arrived to pick up the van it was not there. Our Salesperson told us that it would be there Monday and that was not the case. What he failed to tell us was it takes 10 yo 14 days for the van to get here since it was coming fom WV. Other than that the transaction went through well and we would go back again when we need to ad to our inventory. Oh by the way great price.
Car was decent, but had broken parts (light in the back, rear wiper coming apart). When I returned it, with the fuel I picked it up with, I got charged for 4 gallons of fuel. Been down these roads before...the hassle to get the $11 back is more than it's worth. But it was okay...not better than the others I've rented through, but not worse either. Average.
I rent vehicles frequently due to work related travel. The staff at Enterprise are always super helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to rent, whether it's for personal or work related needs.
Terrible experience. First of all I was picked up by an older gentlemen and the car wreaked of smoke. Seriously on the way to pick up a customer you smoke? I arrived and they only had one car. I did not want that car I asked if we could upgrade to anything nicer. They didn't have anything. In the past I have rented a nice Cadillac or explorer from Enterprise. Not this time. I drove off in a Hyundai. I wouldn't be complaining as I can deal with the vehicle even though not what I wanted but it was filthy. Seats were stained and the car smelled of old musty smoke. This car needs a professional cleaning before ever going to another customer. Called three times this week about exchanging the car and each time was told they don't have anything yet and may have something later but weren't sure what!? How the hell would you not know what is coming back?? Absolutely terrible experience. Next time I am getting a car fixed I'll uber...
