It was an alright experience until I dropped off the car around 5:30PM when they close at 6PM. I forgot my phone/gps magnet in the car. I called at 9:30AM the next morning and miraculously my magnet disappeared. Their customer service agent didn't bother to ask if they could do anything else for me or anything. Rather pay a little bit more and get a better/honest service.
Getting and returning car was very smooth. They were very flexible with letting me have the car longer or returning it sooner to fit my situation. Overall Hertz was very good; however I was a little disappointed that they practically made me beg for my AAA benefits. The take all your initial information; I feel these benefits should be applied automatically.
Super easy to rent a car for the weekend. Quick online booking process, nice car, and reasonable rates. Service in the shop was friendly and efficient. Would rent from this location again in the future.

I would not recommend this place for anyone to even take their dog on a trip the staff is rude and refuse to accommodate if there are mitigating circumstances I will stay with Enterprise they are top notch in my book and I have rented many cars
