The Vet kept my ferocious cat calm through the visit, and everyone in the office was friendly and professional. My cat peed in the pet carrier on the way over. They washed out the carrier for me, then gave us a towel so my cat would be more comfortable on the way home. The urine test came back in minutes and the blood work in a few hours, and the Vet explained all possible problems along with options for treatment. I definitely will be coming back any time I need a Vet.

WORST VET IN THIS AREA. I made an appt for my dog's infected paw. Probably just needed an antibiotic, right? Not so easy. I was 5 minutes late for a 6:15pm appt on 9/16/15. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by staff. After about a 2 minutes, I was called into the room for my appt. I waited approximately 8-10 min and the vet never showed up because she was still with another client (so the vet herself was running late, but no one mentions this), Then a vet asst came in and with no reason given, asked me to leave the room so they could take another appt. I didn't question her because I immediately believed there was a problem with another animal in the office. So I cooperated. Please note I also had a 7:30pm appt to get to, but it was about 6:30 at this point, so plenty of time. I was in the waiting room talking to another client who was very sad about her sick dog. Finally at 7pm, 30 minutes later, i was asked to come back for my appt. Now i was concerned about time. I asked the asst who walked me into the room how long the vet would be because I had another appt to get to. She said shortly. Almost another 5 minutes went by until the vet came in. We quickly discussed his paw, which she barely looked at, weighed him and she checked his heartbeat (the "exam"). She then proceeded to tell me we would treat it topically but had to get him to stop licking it. She mentioned that infections like this COULD be treated with an oral pill, but didn't say that's what we were gonna do. And she continued at length about him not licking and getting a collar - I got it...it's not rocket science. I asked her to clip the claw because it was long. She walked out of the room. At this point it was 7:20, and I figured I'd go pay for things awhile to save time because now I'm late for my next appt. the girl up front informed me the bill was $148.00!!!!! I was incredulous...i said for what?? Apparently there were 3 meds the doctor was prescribing, which she never mentioned. I said no! I wanted to treat the immediate symptoms topically. So they removed one of the meds but the bill still came to almost $120 for office visit, topical ointment, and an oral med (which we didn't discuss giving him). But I was so flustered that I paid it and I was late! The bill was printed at 7:22pm. I go back into the room to wait for the vet's return, because she was going to clip his claw and explain the medications. 2-3 min later, no vet, so i checked up front again, and they were like, nope you're all done. I was so upset at this point, I just left. It was already too late to make my next appt. I decided to call the vet because i was so upset to dispute the charge. i felt I should at least be refunded the office visit. I was FINALLY told the reason for what happened was because I was 5 minutes late!!! Even though the doctor herself was already running late. So they took all the clients who were already there waiting before me, even though those clients' appointments were later than mine!!!!!! I was specifically told this by Stef, the office manager. She also tried to tell me the vet spent "quality" time with me - a full half hour. She spent only 15 minutes with me, and did nothing but repeat the same information over again. Then Stef proceeded to tell me we all have free will and I stayed for the appt!!!! I stayed because NO ONE TOLD ME WHAT WAS HAPPENING...how is that free will?? If they had told me from the beginning, they weren't going to see me until after 7PM because I was 5 minutes late, and THEN I chose to stay, THAT's free will. AND THE BOTTOM LINE IS THE DOCTOR WAS ALREADY RUNNING LATE BECAUSE SHE WASN'T READY TO SEE ME AT 6:21 EITHER!!!! SO I WAS THE SCAPEGOAT. I feel i should be refunded for the office visit. If I had known I would be delayed, I would have walked right out the door. And now, I am walking out the door permanently with BOTH of my animals to a different vet and I will tell everyone I know what a terrible practice this is and what poor customer service they have. Unbelievable.
Almost same as previous bill was high first time. took my dog in for allergies bill so high and ask me to bring here back for a fallow up 2 min in the room and here i go paying 50 for that next time got my cat "declaw " only remove the front once really .. paid 500.00for this call them, very rude over the phone. will never take my pets here ever again .."."

Also was told the shots dont make a bald spot on cats .....That Now she may need to be seen for skin condition ? Seriously ? Dr Gratson Stop the Madness .....The Vet Assistant is too rough.
