Then to end the trip they didn't give me a receipt, which I needed because I had to do all of their product research independently in store in case I needed to return a product. I asked for them to print me one and the cashier had no clue. He had to call a manager to do a simple receipt reprint which held up the line for a good few minutes.
The staff was amazing. They had everything I needed. Wonderful experience.
The staff is helpful and even matched lower prices from a different store that I didn't know about. The store is clean and clearly labeled. If you can't find something any of the employees know where it is.
When they run sales. Check your receipt and ask specifically during check out to see if the sale price is being given. COUNTLESS times I've either over paid, or have been held up at check out, for the wonderful "price check" wait. And it's a shame that I can get a better price shopping online than in store. You would think it would be the other way around. ? To make you come in to the store, and hopefully by other stuff too.
Good for occasional pet shopping. Overpriced. Buying pet food from their online store is cheaper and delivery is free.
I had an extremely unpleasant experience shopping there tonight. While the staff wasn't necessarily rude they were far from knowledgeable and competent. I spoke with 2 employees and the manager about specific flea products and how they compare. None of them had any answers for me and I was essentially left to figure everything out on my own. Oh and "I have a dog, not a cat" is not a viable excuse for your ignorance when you work at a store like that. I'm not expecting 100% knowledge retention but at least know who to ask or how to find the answer via your system; that's basic customer service.
Whoever is running that show is failing drastically. The employees and management need serious training.
