I think it's important to note that we all love our pets and as they are family. With that said we brought our boxer to this place to be seen.

The girl came in and told us that she needed surgery. Then she told us that Athena had hIves.

When you purchase anything and give a range lwhich is a almost a $2500.00 magic window it does not seem reasonable.

Rossmoyne is currently caring for my English Setter, Bug, as she recovers from a splenectomy (Shout out to Carlisle Small Animal Vet Clinic for a doing a great surgery!). The staff here is top notch and totally AMAZING! This is a 24 hour never close animal ER. Just like a human ER - the wait times can be long (they do address trauma patients immediately) and the cost much higher than your normal Vet fees. Coming from someone who is low income and is scraping the barrel to pay for it all - its well worth it. Rossmoyne is making sure my little Bug survives her surgery and recovers well enough so she can come home. I am thankful for their kindness and knowledge and love for their animal patients. Thank you to an amazing tech Kim, who cared for our girl last night (and maybe tonight too) and was never bothered by my 2am and 7am phone calls to check on her. Thank you to Dr. Kelsey and Dr. Potter for caring for her yesterday and today. Thank you to the other amazing tech, Jackie, who is caring for her today. FIVE STARS!

We brought our own blood work which was only 2 days old. They said they wanted to do their own in house blood work. We agreed to that. They wanted us to do x-rays we did that.

They did surgery on our Great Dane. They did not handle post operative care correctly. Their actions directly contributing to a number of side affects new complications and further suffering. These side affects were brought to their attention and ignored. Instead they sent him home.

The kicker to this is the cost. $500.00 later just be seen and we were out the door because they wanted to charge us $2700-5600 for the surgery. We got the surgery done for $1511.00.

When we arrived at the location we had to be buzzed into the clinic which was a little strange to me. Our Boxer Athena was in terrible pain and weak.

Our Great Dane suffers for another day and a half at home prior to me having to take him back. I was told by a different vet the cause of his problems was he had been given to much fluid and the symptoms were evident of that. He would have to be readmitted. Lady comes in and says we owe them another couple thousand on top of the $5,000 I already paid for the surgery. I said you guys caused this. She said, "No its something totally different if you want us to treat him you will have to pay!"

When you give people prices like that I will all day suggest you never bring your pet to a place that prays on your desperation. It was not about the money because we had it.

We live in the world of google and I did not look at Google reviews and decided to bring our dog here because I had encountered the owner in the past. I did not even second guess my option.

Bottom line stay away from this place. Very, Very, Very SAD!

I returned a call that I had made to the hospital administrator. Upon answering the phone he says make this quick I only have two minutes. Now this guy had returned a call of mine and asked me to call him back if I wished to discuss it! I said well lets make a time when we can discuss this without time restraints. His response, "If you think you are getting any type of refund this is going to be a short phone call." I had never spoken to this guy before and this is how he speaks to people? He was rude, cocky and unprofessional and defiantly unethical.

Only bring your sick cat or dog here if it is your absolute LAST resort! And even then I would think twice. I brought my cat here (for excessive saliva when he ate, and having a hard time eating) and $744.00 later, he wasn't even given any fluids (who doesn't give a sick cat fluids?!) After I was sent home, I was reading over the paperwork they gave me and it said my cat had a bladder infection, A BLADDER INFECTION!! However, they NEVER mentioned this to me while I was there. They also said my cat had the beginning stages of heart failure. So, 2 days later I followed up with my regular vet, and after he ran blood work and looked over their notes he said he didn't see any of what they found in my cat! No bladder infection and no heart failure. I will never bring my cat here again, it was a total waste of money!

We left and came right back. I asked for owner and front desk woman was very rude and acted like she was to busy to take the time to engage us.

STOP DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS VET IF YOU LOVE THEM. The vet did not provide any answers after running all recommend tests and charging hundreds of unnecessary dollars. We took our family loved one to another vet in the morning and had more answers about his condition and how to treat the problem in a fraction of the time. And it only cost one seventh of the bill the night before. The only staff member who seemed to have compassion and not DOLLAR signs in there eyes was Shelby. When I called to file a complaint with the office manager I was told you signed a consent so TO BAD FOR YOU. This vet makes you sign a consent to treat or they will not see your loved one,. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET AND WANT THE BEST CARE FIND ANOTHER 24 VET, because this vet only wants your money.

Received other vets options. They all agreed that his post operative condition was made possible by Rosmoynes negligent care.

I am not sure where to start but I guess I better start somewhere.

I would suggest anyone considering taking their pet to this location to read ALL reviews and take them into consideration prior to EVER going to this place!

I would suggest if you have had similar issues to contact the PA Department of State and file a complaint against their license. Then consider civil action.
